Getaway Negril Hotel

The pool was nice, the breakfast was good, the people were friendly.

I didn't realize how far it was from the center of town. That made traveling a little inconvenient

Nice little place, which was not so packed with apartments. Good service at the reception. Free WiFi.

Poor service at breakfast. WiFi only at the reception. Restaurant area was a little bit run down.

Great staff. The rooms are lovely. It is off the main road so you hear only crickets at night. They were able to get me a scooter and having it waiting for me upon arrival. A most pleasant experience staying with them. Safe, tasty breakfasts and lovely west negril location. I cannot wait to return. I booked one night and ended up staying all week!

A cool place for relaxation.

The facility is not accurately positioned on the google map, hence driving there from the centre of Negril was very challenging. There is need for a vivid sign at the North West road.

It is quiet nice and peaceful and had lots of fruit trees and flowers

Dinner was good.

Location was further from the beach than expected. The personnel was nice but there were only two or three people on the property, including the cook. The room itself was neat, but there was only one bare lightbulb to light up the whole room. The whole place needs to be updated; furniture, curtains etc. The bathroom was plain filthy; clearly not cleaned in months and I had to kill some spiders and other insects. Toiletbowl was not secured in the floor properly. Breakfast was poor. I checked out the next day to find another hotel.
